    In 2019, I introduced Jump Start Jonny to my Year 4 class to inspire more movement and generate excitement about staying active. And what I discovered was a complete transformation. The children weren’t just exercising – they were laughing, gaining confidence, and making new friends.

    I’ve also seen a significant increase in focus during lessons. When energy dips, a quick Jump Start Jonny dance revitalises everyone!
