Many schools fund their visit through existing budgets, such as PE and Sport Premium, or with support from their PTA. Others run a small fundraiser, knowing the experience will be something children remember forever.

• 10:45 – 11:00 | Mini break for JSJ — and a banana!
• 11:00 – 12:00 | Classroom Crash — 1 hour of visiting classrooms for selfies, autographs and high fives while the technical team packs up.

Once bookings have closed, we’ll email you with a proposed date for your visit. We’ll always aim to give plenty of notice, and if the date doesn’t work for your school, we’ll do our best to help where we can.

Yes! JSJ would LOVE to bring the party to your nursery! While the full live show is designed for primary schools, he offers a special 30-minute nursery session packed with music, dancing and enough energy to blow the roof off! It’s the perfect way to get your Jumpsters moving, smiling and feeling A-M-A-Z-I-N-G!

The cost is £170 (ex. VAT). There may be a small travel charge depending on your location, but we always aim to keep pricing affordable and will confirm everything at the time of booking.

No — all schools are welcome to book!

We understand that plans can change. Just email us as soon as possible to let us know.

• If the school cancels within 7 days of the scheduled date, the full amount is payable.
• If the school cancels within 15 days of the scheduled date, 50% of the full amount is payable.
• If the school cancels within 30 days of the scheduled date, no fee will be charged.

In the unlikely event that Jump Start Jonny needs to cancel, no payment will be required, and we will work with you to reschedule the visit for a mutually convenient date.

Before the visit, you’ll receive a detailed show pack with everything you need to know, though most of it’s already covered in these FAQs. You’ll also receive a link to a special webpage so you can practise the dances in school — and the children can at home! WHOOOPA!

Very little — we bring everything needed to make the day whooopa-mazing!

Your school just needs to provide:

• the school hall
• a plug socket
• a parking space
• a stage, if available
• excited children and teachers!

Your school hall is perfect! The children will be dancing, but most of the moves are on the spot, so they don’t need loads of space.

In 99% of cases, school halls are big enough to fit all the children across two shows — especially as much of the dancing is done on the spot.

However, if you’re absolutely certain your hall can’t comfortably hold everyone, we may be able to perform three shows instead to keep group sizes smaller. There would be an additional cost for the extra show.

This would be amazing, but due to the unpredictable British weather, the shows need to be held indoors to protect our technical equipment and ensure everything runs smoothly.

Absolutely! JSJ has performed at many SEND schools, and the children always love the infectious music, high-energy dancing and uplifting atmosphere! Each performance is carefully tailored to suit the audience, making sure every child feels included and has a day that’s truly A-M-A-Z-I-N-G!

Yes! While it depends on each child’s individual needs, JSJ’s ethos is all about moving your own way, having fun and feeling A-M-A-Z-I-N-G! The show’s uplifting energy helps every child feel included and special — and many schools have seen children with additional needs engage in incredible, unexpected ways. One school even shared that a child who’d never responded to music before lit up during the JSJ show… and hasn’t stopped loving music since!

The Classroom Crash is an optional add-on to make your JSJ visit extra whooopa-tastic! JSJ will stay for 1 extra hour after the shows to zoom around as many classrooms as possible for selfies, autographs and high fives! The cost is just £99 (ex. VAT).
